For technical issues, include what you were trying to do, what happened, and the app version if available. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.
Pantree subscriptions are billed by Apple and must be managed through your Apple account. You can open subscription management from Settings > Manage subscription in Pantree, or use the iPhone Settings app:
Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period.
If Pantree offers a 7-day introductory trial, Apple determines eligibility based on your App Store account and prior introductory-offer history. The purchase screen displays whether the trial is available before you subscribe.
If an active subscription is not recognized after reinstalling Pantree or moving to a new device, choose Restore purchases. It is in Settings, and also on the plans screen reached by choosing See plans from a locked feature. If the subscription is still not recognized, contact support and include the email address used for your Pantree account and, if available, a screenshot showing the subscription status. Do not send payment-card details.
Apple handles App Store refund requests. You can submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a Pantree issue caused the problem, you may also contact support so the underlying issue can be investigated.
In Pantree, open Settings > Delete account. Account deletion permanently removes your active account and associated Pantree data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Receipt images are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically. Location metadata is removed from uploaded images. See the Privacy Policy for details about receipt processing and retention.
Receipt scans are presented for review before items are added to your pantry. You can correct item names, quantities, units, and categories before confirming the scan.
For better results, place the receipt on a flat surface, avoid glare and folds across item lines, fill the camera frame, and photograph it from directly above. Very long receipts can be captured in multiple images. If a particular store's receipts fail consistently, include the store name when contacting support.
Freshness and best-by dates in Pantree are estimates based on item category and inventory information. They are not food-safety determinations. You can change an individual item's date or adjust category defaults in Settings > Preferences > Shelf-life estimates. Follow product labels and official food-safety guidance when deciding whether food is safe to consume.
Enabled allergen filters attempt to exclude recipes whose ingredient data matches the selected allergen. Disliked ingredients, set under Settings > Preferences, affect ranking but do not necessarily exclude a recipe.
Weekly-ad deal matching and savings tracking are not part of the current release. If these features are introduced, their availability and terms will be updated on this site.
Pantree is currently in private beta on iPhone in the United States. To request a TestFlight invitation, email support@usepantree.com. Beta builds may include an in-app feedback tool that can attach a screenshot after showing it to you for review.
